How do I register for the chat?

To register for the Live Chat on your mobile phone, simply click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner and select Registration – Alternatively you can click here

I have lost my password, how do I reset it?

Can I chat on a mobile device?

Whilst we can’t speak for all mobile devices, as far as we have tested it works well on iOS and Android devices.

If you are experiencing any issues with the chat on any device please let us know so we can look into it and provide a fix asap.

Why are there some people with pink usernames?

These are the Administrators within the group chat who are there to fix any issues and moderate the chat to ensure everyone has a great time.

Can I use emoji’s?

Yes β€οΈπŸ™ŒπŸŽ§πŸŽ€πŸŽ¬πŸ’ƒπŸ•ΊπŸ™Œβ€οΈ and has been tested by many of our regular clubbers – long live gazglow! Just like you can on all your favourite platforms!

Am I able to mention/direct message someone?

Whilst you aren’t able to direct message a user as this is a global chat room you are able to click someones username on the chat in order to @ mention them in your message.

Since this is a new chat service, it is evolving week to week. So the more questions we receive will be added to this section.

How long does the live chat stay visible?

The chat will be cleared down in time for the next show. Unless we are carrying out any testing, the last show live chat will stay visible for a few days before being cleared down.
